Our Requirments

1.

Application

All potential tenants over the age of 18 planning to live in the apartment must apply individually.

2.

Drivers License

All potential tenants over the age of 18 must provide a copy of their driver's license or other government-issued photo ID.

3.

Proof of Income

Proof of income must be provided. Copies of your most recent paystubs (last two) are preferred.

4.

Credit Report

You must meet a minimum credit score of 650. However, if needed, you may be eligible to use a co-signer. Please refer to the co-signer requirements below.


Subsidized Housing


  • Vouchers need to be submitted with all other paperwork
  • Case worker and phone number must be provided 
  • You will still need to submit all other documentation above.
  • Minimum income/credit score will still need to be met

THE RENT AMOUNT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

WE WILL NOT LOWER RENTS FOR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING

REQUIREMENTS STILL NEED TO BE MET EVEN WITH SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.




Pets



  • $200 Non refundable pet fee for 1 pet
  • $300 Non refundable pet fee for 2 pets (MAX IS 2 pets)
  • $25 per month per pet.
  • All pets are subject to approval. 
  • Pets MUST be trained
